1. Important Conduct & Service Policies

Key Operational & Conduct Standards:

  • Negotiated Services & Sex Toys: Any additional services above and beyond what is stated on our services page are to be negotiated at the time of booking. This includes the use of sex toys.

  • Customer Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service if the customer engages in abusive behaviour.

  • Strict Privacy & Photography Limits: No hidden photography or videography is permitted anywhere on the premises under any circumstances.

  • Booking Official Out-of-Shop Services: All out of shop services with our masseuse are to be booked through this website or walk-in at our counter.

2. Service Scope & Incall Standards

On-Premise Experience

All treatment sessions, hydro-jet Jacuzzi soaking, and Nuru bodywork listed under our standard menu are conducted exclusively inside our disinfected Sukhumvit VIP suites during business operating hours.

Inclusions & Multi-Therapist Options

All standard service packages booked at Wonder Massage come with at least a gel massage, BJ, and FJ. Guests may also add extra therapists to any chosen package (one, two, or three additional masseuses) subject to real-time staff availability and current add-on pricing (1,800 THB for 60 Mins / 2,000 THB for 90 Mins per extra lady).

3. Payment Terms, Fees & Pricing Policies

To ensure complete transparency, all package rates quoted on our website and by our reception cashier are net flat rates:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash (THB), WeChat Pay, and AliPay QR code payments.

  • Payment Surcharges: Please note that third-party processing surcharges apply to WeChat Pay and AliPay QR code transactions.

  • Non-Accepted Payments: Credit cards are strictly not accepted at our cashier desk.

  • No Hidden Fees: Rates cover full suite access, shower/bath amenities, fresh linens, and complimentary beverages. There are zero mandatory bar tabs or foreign customer surcharges. Tipping is 100% voluntary based on personal satisfaction.
